Bruce Jenner: “My Children are My Only Concern”
Bruce Jenner, who is rumored to be undergoing a gender transition, has revealed it all in an interview with Diane Sawyer. We will, however, have to wait for the entire interview to be aired, but in a promo clip broadcast on Sunday, Jenner says that children have been the top priority during this time. He said: “I can’t let myself hurt them. They are the only ones I’m concerned with.”
The interview is scheduled to be aired on April 24 and it lasts two hours. During the interview his older children – namely Burt, 36, Casey, 34, Brandon, 33, and Brody, 31, are featured, however there is no sign of his stepchildren, the Kardashians.
Rumors say that Jenner will most probably talk about his transition into becoming a woman for the first time in the media. In the new clip, not much about the subject is revealed, but Bruce does, however, say that “it” made him who he is. In the previous snippet he also says: “My whole life has been getting me ready for this.”
Bruce has been keeping a low profile since February 7 when he was involved in a car accident. Media report that he has revealed to his family that he is undergoing gender transition and that they are very supportive of his decision. It is also rumored that Jenner will star in a reality show evolving around his transition.
It has been previously reported that Bruce underwent a breast implant operation, with some media saying the implants were small because “he did not want to look ridiculous”.
